Terms of Use
1. Agreement
These Terms govern access to and use of Last Bag™. By creating or claiming an account, selecting “I agree,” or continuing to use Last Bag as an authorized guest, you agree to these Terms and the Last Bag Privacy Policy.
2. What Last Bag provides
Last Bag is a league and tournament performance platform that may provide scoring, standings, player profiles, league statistics, performance analytics, historical archives, tournament features, presentations, and related league tools. Features may change as the service develops.
3. Access and accounts
Account, player-invite, director-invite, and guest access are personal to the authorized user unless Last Bag expressly permits otherwise. Do not share private invite links, verification codes, administrative access, or credentials in a way that allows another person to impersonate you or obtain access they were not granted.
4. Last Bag ownership
Last Bag software, interface design, branding, documentation, presentations, and original analytical presentation are owned by or licensed to Jesse Henderson / Last Bag, except for third-party materials and rights belonging to others. Access to Last Bag gives you permission to use the service; it does not transfer ownership of the software or brand.

5. League information and performance data
League participants understand and agree that their name, tier, match results, standings, scores, league statistics, and Last Bag performance analytics may be displayed within Last Bag as part of league operations, historical archives, league presentations, and authorized spectator-facing league coverage.
Last Bag analytics, including metrics, rankings, forecasts, and title-probability information, are informational tools. They are not guarantees of future results and may be corrected when source data is corrected.
6. Player images and likeness
Last Bag may display league-related player photographs where Last Bag or the league has permission or another lawful basis to use the photograph. By accepting these Terms, a league participant authorizes Last Bag to display the participant’s name and likeness in connection with the participant’s Last Bag profile, league performance, and league-related Last Bag presentations.
A player may ask the league administrator to remove or replace an individual player photograph. Last Bag may also remove or replace an image if ownership, permission, or source is disputed. A participant’s consent to use their likeness does not transfer copyright ownership of a photograph owned by someone else.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse Last Bag, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, impersonate another user, use automated scraping to copy protected or nonpublic content, redistribute private account data, or copy, sell, or commercially redistribute Last Bag software or protected materials without permission. Any restriction on reverse engineering applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Availability and changes
Last Bag is an evolving service. Features, displays, calculations, access methods, and availability may change. Last Bag may temporarily limit or suspend access when needed for security, maintenance, misuse, or league administration.
9. Third-party services
Last Bag relies on third-party hosting, authentication, database, browser, and other technology services. Their availability and separate terms may affect operation of Last Bag.
10. Disclaimer
Last Bag is provided on an “as available” basis. Reasonable efforts are made to keep league information and calculations accurate, but uninterrupted availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed.
11. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Last Bag and its operator are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, temporary unavailability, or reliance on informational analytics.
12. Governing law
To the extent permitted by law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Questions and requests
Questions about access, profile information, player images, or these Terms may be directed to the Last Bag league administrator through the league’s normal contact channel.
