Privacy Policy

1. Information Last Bag may collect

Depending on how you use Last Bag, the service may process:

• account information such as email address, account identifier, role, and authentication status;
• league information such as player name, tier, roster status, tournament participation, match results, scores, standings, and season points;
• performance information such as PPR, DPR, PIR, Room Strength comparisons, partner impact, title probability, and related analytics;
• player profile photographs and other league-related media where provided or authorized for league use;
• invite information, guest-pass usage, and administrative records used to control access;
• limited browser or device information and local/session storage needed to maintain sign-in state, application preferences, and continuity.

2. How information is used

Last Bag uses information to authenticate users, connect accounts to player profiles, operate league and tournament features, calculate and display performance information, maintain season history, provide player and authorized spectator views, secure the service, troubleshoot problems, and improve Last Bag.

3. Who may see league information

Player names, tiers, results, standings, statistics, analytics, and authorized player images may be visible to other league participants, tournament directors, administrators, and authorized spectators when those features are made available. Administrative account information and access-management records are not intended for public display.

4. Service providers

Last Bag uses technology providers to operate the service, including Supabase for authentication/database services and Vercel for application hosting and delivery. Those providers process information as necessary to provide their services and are subject to their own privacy and security practices.

5. Sale of personal information

Last Bag does not currently sell personal information or player profile information to advertisers or data brokers.

6. Player photographs

Last Bag may display league-related player images when Last Bag or the league has permission or another lawful basis to use them. A player may request that an individual photograph be removed or replaced by contacting the league administrator. Last Bag may remove or replace a photograph if its source or permission is disputed.

7. Data retention

Account and access records are kept as needed to operate and secure Last Bag. Legal-consent records may be retained to document the version accepted and the acceptance date. League results and season records may remain in historical league archives even after account access ends, unless removal is required by law or the league corrects the underlying record.

8. Security

Last Bag uses authentication, access controls, private source repositories, database permissions, and other reasonable safeguards intended to protect nonpublic information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices

You may ask the league administrator to correct inaccurate profile information or replace/remove a player photograph. Requests concerning account access, stored account information, or privacy questions may also be directed to the Last Bag administrator through the league’s normal contact channel.

10. Minors

Last Bag is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate parent or guardian involvement. If a minor participates in league activities, the league should obtain appropriate parent or guardian permission for public-facing profile or photograph use.

11. Changes to this policy

If Last Bag materially changes these privacy terms, a new policy version may be issued and authenticated users may be asked to accept the updated Terms and Privacy Policy before continuing.
